GlobalEye Call-Out Service is a client defined prioritized list of Call-Out options for notification of GlobalEye alarm conditions. The Call-Out service provides the users with a defined notification method either voice, cellular text messaging and/or email notification based on thresholds set within GlobalEye. The Call-Out Service is totally customizable with features and functionality that will address any companies’ requirements for alarm notification.

Notification Options:
Email Notification - The Email Call-Out Service will notify the responsible person of an alarm condition on a particular parameter monitored by the GlobalEye solution. The notification of alarm condition and cleared status will occur once and will highlight the date, time and description of alarm.
Text Message Notification - The Text Message Call-Out Service will notify the responsible person of an alarm condition on the GlobalEye solution, identical to the Email Call-Out Service.
Voice Message Notification (Optional) - The Voice Call-Out Service will notify responsible person(s) of an alarm condition. If an acknowledgement has not been received the next priority user will be called. This cycle will continue till a user on priority list has acknowledged notification. Once alarm has been cleared the acknowledged user will be notified of the cleared status and present well flow conditions. The Call-Out Service for the voice option has a user administration section on the GlobalEye website that allows the administrative user to define the following:
- Call-Out Priority List - Define the Call-Out list comprised of any number of users.
- Call-Out Message Definition - Defines the structure of notification messages.
- Call-Out Alarm Parameter - Defines the condition in which the Call-Out Service will be initiated.
- Call-Out Schedule - Defines varied call out lists for day, week month or year.
